Christ Church , Ajebo, in the diocese of Egba on the 29th of January, 2017 played host to Rt. Revd. Emmnuel O. Adekunle ,Rt. Revd Onouha , clerics, wives and laity from many Anglican churches ,family members, colleagues and friends who came to felicitate with Mrs. Oluwafunsho Abosede Awodun, the wife of Ven. Adedayo Awodun, on the occasion of her 4oth birthday anniversary.
Born on the 23rd of January, 1977 to the family of Chief Adeowo and Chief Mrs. Adeowo Dosumu. Mrs Awodun, the second of three children, she started her primary school at Baptist Primary School Idi- Aba before proceeding to Abeokuta Grammar School. she later went to Ogun State College of Health Technology for her diploma in Community Health and Olabisi Onabanjo University for B.Sc in Health Education. she further went to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology for her M. Sc in public Health.
She is happily married to Ven. Adedayo Awodun and they are blessed with  two wonderful children.
The thanksgiving service which was an holy Eucharist service started at 12.00pm and was celebrated by the Provost of the diocese, Very Revd. I. A Adeniji.
Revd. Canon Fadipe of the Diocese of Lagos in his sermon, described life to be a  journey for a man . He also said the age of 40 should be a time for one to make reflections about what one intends to achieve in life. He took the text  from Isaiah 40 as he also cited Psalm 123 vs 3 and psalm 130 vs 5.He asked the congregation a soul searching question as he ends his sermon about their relationship with God.
Very Revd. I. A Adeniji,  the Provost of the diocese, dedicated five set of robes and surplice donated by the celebrant to be used by the choristers.
Venerable Adedayo Awodun and his wife danced and gave gave glory to God with family and well wishers during the time for thanksgiving.
