Constant praying and supplication with the Almighty has been described as the best support needed to succeed in any human endeavour . The State governor Ibikunle Amosun disclosed this at the formal opening of the 2017 Standing Committee meeting of the Church of Nigeria\u00a0 held in Abeokuta.<\/p>\n
The governor called on the church to devote part of their time at their various meetings to fashion out ways of solving the security challenges of the country.<\/p>\n
He reinstated the determination of his administration in rebuilding the state and making it a pride among comity of states in the country. Governor Amosun condemned the series of religious violence in some parts of the country. He called on all Nigerian to live together as one race, one\u00a0 people and one entity. The governor while pledging to ensure delivery of more dividends of democracy to the people asked the clerics to constantly pray for the success of his administration in the office.<\/p>\n
The governor urged spiritual leaders to fashion out those things that will promote unity irrespective of religion and ensure\u00a0 that the people pray and work together\u00a0 for peace and economic development of the nation.<\/p>\n
